Introduction Endometrial cancer is the second most common type of gynecologic malignancy worldwide and the most common gynecologic malignancy in North America [1]. Molecular classification stratifies endometrial cancers into four prognostically distinct subtypes: DNA polymerase epsilon, catalytic subunit mutated (POLEmut), mismatch repair-deficient (MMRd), tumor protein p53 mutated/abnormal (p53abn), and no specific molecular profile (NSMP) [2-5].
