The state government’s Vishu Bumper lottery (BR-103), offering a first prize of 12 crore rupees, will have its draw on May 28 at 2 PM. Out of the 45 lakh tickets released for sale by the Kerala Lottery Department, 42,17,380 tickets were sold by 4 PM on Monday.
