DiscussionA clear and universally accepted definition of D2T PsA lays the foundation for optimal care, guiding clinicians towards the most effective interventions and mitigating the risks of undertreatment. Despite a comprehensive and thorough search that employed various search engines, spanning over a decade of research articles and incorporating conference abstracts, our scoping review yielded a limited number of studies that specifically aimed to define D2T PsA.
