SEOUL, June 23 (Yonhap) -- Babymonster, the rising girl group from YG Entertainment, will release a new single called "Hot Sauce" next month, the company announced Monday. The song, set for release on July 1, puts a modern twist on the sound of 1980s old-school hip-hop. Yang Hyun-suk, YG's executive producer, described "Hot Sauce" as a "gift for fans to enjoy this summer." He said the track captures the energy of mid-to-late 1980s hip-hop with an addictive beat.

SEOUL, June 23 (Yonhap) -- K-pop boy group NCT Dream will resume its activities with the release of a new studio album and an Asian tour next month, the group's agency said Monday. The band's fifth full-length album titled "Go Back to the Future" will come out July 14, according to SM Entertainment. The album follows the members as they embark on a journey through time -- traveling between the past, present and future -- in search of their most radiant selves, the agency said.

SEOUL, June 23 (Yonhap) -- Suga, a member of the globally renowned K-pop group BTS, has donated 5 billion won (US$3.62 million) to Severance Hospital in Seoul to help build a treatment center named after his real name, supporting children with autism. Severance Hospital held a groundbreaking ceremony for the "Min Yoon-gi Treatment Center" on Friday, according to hospital officials.

SEOUL, June 23 (Yonhap) -- A rare coed K-pop group, Allday Project, is set to make its official debut Monday with the single "Famous," drawing attention for its unique lineup that includes a member from a prominent "chaebol" family. The group's agency, The Black Label, announced that "Famous" will be released at 6 p.m. The group is the second act launched by the label's co-founder and star producer Teddy, known for his hit-making work with K-pop icons BIGBANG and BLACKPINK.

SEOUL, June 23 (Yonhap) -- K-pop boy group Ateez's 12th EP, "Golden Hour: Part. 3" has debuted at No. 2 on the main albums chart of the U.S. Billboard. The album came in second on the Billboard 200 following American country star Morgan Wallen's "I'm the Problem," Billboard said in a preview for this week's chart Sunday (U.S. time).
