Key PointsQuestion  Are once-weekly pulsed dye laser (PDL) treatments for port-wine birthmark (PWB) effective in infants younger than age 6 months? Findings  In this case series of 10 patients, 7 patients achieved either near-total or total clearance of PWB at 2 months after starting treatment. The other 3 patients achieved near-total clearance with additional treatments.
