1 INTRODUCTION Pertussis, caused by Bordetella pertussis, is an acute respiratory infectious disease known for its strong contagion and high susceptibility in the population. It stands as one of the primary threats to human health. Tetanus and diphtheria, caused by Clostridium tetani and Corynebacterium diphtheriae respectively, are severe infectious diseases known for their potent exotoxins, often leading to fatalities.
