Shriya Roy is a multimedia editor at IDR, where she is responsible for managing and building video content. Prior to this, she was a journalist for six years across print, TV, and digital newsrooms. She worked as a researcher at NDTV, as a correspondent with The Indian Express, and as a multimedia editor at Feminism in India. Shriya received the Human Rights and Religious Freedom (HRRF) journalism grant in 2022 and produced a documentary exploring caste bias in grassroots cricket in India.
