1 INTRODUCTION People prioritize the quality and safety of food when it comes to maintaining a healthy diet. The quality of the product is determined based on chemical analysis when the biological safety of food is a concern for consumption. However, food quality is evaluated by human sensory organs when it's about the acceptance or rejection of the food by consumers. Therefore, the food's sensory evaluation is an important part of food analysis for its quality assessment.
