Time to round up a chunk of transfer news given to us via a strong collection of our SPTC sources. As you will know, the summer transfer window is very different this year due to the Club World Cup, and there will be a small window where clubs can do business at the start of June before the CWC starts, and then more time to do deals after it’s completed. Chelsea have some big plans that they are working on, and a number of players that they are looking to sign.
