In the May 2024 issue, Volume 105 Issue 5 of the Archives of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, I found an article summarizing a randomized controlled trial on the effects of the combined use of graded motor imagery (GMI) and repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (rTMS) on the upper extremity motor function in stroke patients (Jia et al., 2023). I appreciate the authors' efforts. However, I wish to share my thoughts on the study.
