1. IntroductionDaily human movements require strong coordination between the central nervous system (CNS) and muscles, each of which comprises hundreds of motor units. The coordination of multiple motor units to support postural and motor control complicates CNS activity. There is physiological evidence for simple strategies existing to generate a large range of movements, which disburden the CNS [1].
