Previous reviews of system dynamics models of obesity have shown that most modelling efforts focus on adult populations and are contextualised for North America. Few models have been developed for the Australian population or used to examine public health strategies for children and adolescents. In this study, we developed a national system dynamics simulation model to explore how various policy interventions impact child and adolescent obesity in Australia.

Recently, I set up some deployment scripts for a Ruby app where I wanted the server to handle SSL termination. In the "old" days, I would set up Caddy with reverse proxy the app with something like this:# Caddyfileyourdomain.com { reverse_proxy localhost:3000 tls} On top of this, I would usually run Caddy as one of the dependencies in a docker-compose.yml file to make it easier to install and reinstall everything.

Running has always held a special place in my heart, but this year, it’s about more than just personal goals. My sister and I are on a mission to break the Guinness World Record for the mixed-sibling half marathon, and we’re dedicating this journey to someone incredibly special to us: our mother. It’s been ten years since her passing, and we’re running to honour her memory and mark this significant anniversary with a shared goal that brings us closer together.
