Kevin Storr, 39, is one of six men due to be sentenced later this month for affray following a confrontation between rival groups on the Fairstead estate in King's Lynn. Police were called on March 8 to reports of people wielding items as weapons - including a baseball bat, hammer, golf club, garden edging tool and metal pole. A machete was also brandished.

The Old Mill pub in Drayton (Image: Greene King) A man is accused of strangling another reveller in a violent dispute over a pub barstool on New Year’s Eve. David Dixon, 56, of Pyehurn Mews, Taverham, is charged with intentional strangulation which carries a sentencing starting point of two years and six months in prison. Appearing at Norwich Magistrates' Court he was given conditional bail not to enter the Old Mill pub in Drayton.

Thelma Palabrica, 50, is accused of repeatedly making allegations against another woman and parking outside her home. Norwich Magistrates' Court was told their husbands had met at work but after 16 years of marriage she suspected her husband had started an affair. It is alleged she had visited Half Mile Road in Norwich on several occasions between August 2023 and December 2024 demanding to speak to the other woman and making accusations.

Carl Westfield, 47, admitted thieving within days of his release from a previous sentence despite a court order that bans him from stores he has repeatedly targeted. Norwich Magistrates' Court was told he was “sick of being stuck in a circle” of drug-fuelled re-offending and would be happier back in jail.
