    G3 Enterprises has acquired a 380,269-square-foot industrial facility in Bedford Park, Ill., according to CommercialEdge information. MDH Partners sold the asset for nearly $34.4 million. The asset previously changed hands in 2021, when MDH Partners bought it for $26.6 million from Link Logistics, the same source shows. It was part of an $83 million portfolio deal that included six Bedford Park buildings, representing the company’s entrance into Illinois, according to The Real Deal.

    Schlosser Development has secured an extension on its $63 million loan for an 83,839-square-foot office building in Austin, Texas, according to CommercialEdge information. The mortgage was originated by Prosperity Bank in 2020 as a construction loan and since then has been modified in 2022 and earlier this year as well, when the maturity date was pushed for 2027. The loan is backed up by the Class A office building, which is located at 1111 W.
