3.1. Physiological RestorationThe trends of the physiological indicators (ΦΔPR, ΦΔSBP, ΦΔDBP, and ΦΔGSR) illustrate changes in participants’ stress levels following their engagement with the VR natural settings compared to the baseline physiological measurements (Figure 3). The values of ΦΔSBP for the social distance groups ‘nobody’, ‘>20 m’, and ‘7.5–20 m’ were closely aligned and positive, indicating effective physiological restoration.
