Sitting on my balcony in Spain overlooking the Mediterranean ocean has been such a transformative experience. So much so, that I think a Mediterranean Sunrise should totally be on your bucket list. The experience is so simple and profound. It’s great for thinking through things, meditation, or just to watch the show while you sip your morning coffee. Watching an incredible sunrise connect us to nature in very profound ways and reminds us how small we are, and how wonderful that really is.
