Authorities have arrested and charged a Harrisburg man suspected of setting fire to Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro’s home early Sunday, according to the Dauphin County District Attorney’s Office. The governor and his family were in their home at the time of the attack and were safely evacuated. Authorities say the suspect, identified as Cody A. Balmer, told police that he had set the governor’s home on fire and claimed he would have “beaten him with a hammer” if Gov. Shapiro had found him.
