    Yoder’s Dutch Delights, owned by brother-and-sister team Sam and Jules Yoder, recently went from food truck to storefront and are now serving up fresh donuts, breakfast sandwiches and farm-made ice cream at Park Central in Manassas Park. Sam Yoder, 28, left their Amish Mennonite community seven years ago and moved to Richmond, where his cousin, Kimberly Yoder, of the acclaimed “Mrs. Yoder’s Kitchen,” was developing the family’s donut recipe.
