BOYNTON BEACH (CBS12) — Almost a year after a Boynton Beach crash that killed a woman, a man from Loxahatchee has been accused of killing her by driving without headlights while allegedly under the influence and speeding down a dark roadway. The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office said Francisco Zavala was leaving work at 9:33 p.m. on June 7, 2024, and was traveling eastbound in the 9700 block of Boynton Beach Boulevard in the inside lane.
