(WFLA) — A man injured in a Lakeland shooting outside a restaurant last week is now accused of murder. “Given the nature of the charge at this point, the defendant will be held no bond on that charge,” said a judge Friday afternoon. Nicholas Lue, 26, of West Palm Beach, was in a wheelchair at his first appearance after being shot outside the Cali Rose 15 Kitchen on Ariana Street on April 24.
