Abu Dhabi’s Bayanat and Al Yah Satellite Communications plan to combine, creating an AI-powered space technology firm with a market capitalization of more than $4 billion. The boards of both the companies recommended the combination through a share swap, with Bayanat as the remaining legal entity, according to a statement on Tuesday.
