The lighting system was created to complement the home’s landscaping and support outdoor living in a coastal environment. Known as Jasmine House, the 4,000-square-foot residence includes a mix of architectural, landscape and hardscape lighting.

The renovation project focused on supporting three priorities: energy-efficient performance, cost-conscious design, and user comfort.
