    CAMBRIDGE − Peggy Adams could feel it in her bones that she needed to leave to town after her husband’s death in March 2003. “I thought, ‘I gotta get outta here,’” said Peggy, 90, of her decision to leave Cambridge and head to Arizona in 2004. “I was dealing with grief.”Peggy Adams said her volunteer work was a way for her to channel her grief following the death of her husband. She is one of six recipients for the 2024 Jenco Award.
