    Three Ducks, a boutique hotel in Westhampton Beach, is set to open this summer on Long Island, New York. The debut project from designer-developers Randall Stone and Elizabeth Bakhash of Three Ducks Hospitality, the 12-room property is a redevelopment of the 70-year-old Westhampton Seabreeze Motel on a 1.6-acre site. “We instantly recognized the potential here and jumped at the chance to create something truly special for visitors and locals alike,” says Stone.

    Situated a block from Manhattan’s Bryant Park, the newly launched Chemists’ Club Hotel is a refreshed concept of the former Dylan Hotel, owned by Azora and managed by Crestline Hotels & Resorts. The recent renovation breathes new life into the historic building, dating back to 1911, which once housed the prestigious Chemists’ Club, a gathering place for scientific pioneers. Designed by Madrid-based Ilmiodesign, the boutique hotel features 107 guestrooms and suites.

At the Gold level elevator lobby, bright, airy tones create a welcoming first impression, while shadowy, ombre wallpaper-lined corridors evoke a sense of intrigue.
