FLORIDA (WMBB) – Florida gas prices declined for the second week in a row. The price of a gallon of regular unleaded dropped by 11 cents last week and dropped 9 cents the week before. As of Sunday, the state average for a gallon of unleaded was $3.00. That’s 59 cents less than it was this time last year. The state’s most expensive gas is in West Palm Beach and Boca Raton at $3.15 a gallon. The least expensive is in Fort Walton Beach at $2.75. Panama City is the third least expensive at $2.83.

PANAMA CITY, Fla. (WMBB) – A Panama City couple is in custody at the Bay County jail on several charges involving a fraud scheme. Bay County Sheriff’s investigators arrested 38-year-old Amanda Louise McPherson and 28-year-old Johnathon Edward McPherson. Amanda McPherson was a postal carrier.
