Riesaminiamo innanzitutto la COP dello scorso anno. Con la legge per la riduzione dell’inflazione del 2022 negli Stati Uniti, si prospettavano investimenti record nell’energia pulita e in altri progetti verdi che avrebbero fatto da stimolo per ulteriori interventi su scala globale. Analogamente, si sperava in finanziamenti su vasta scala per il clima attraverso la combinazione di fondi pubblici e incentivi strategici allo scopo di stimolare gli investimenti privati.
