Taibe actually has been working on the concept for Bar Bushido for over five years.

Dear Westport,When I moved here after growing up in Manhattan and seven years spent in Seattle… honestly, I wasn’t completely sold. I was used to living in cities, and while I knew Westport was, by far, the “best of the suburbs,” I wasn’t sure this was the life I wanted for myself or my three young children. I must also confess that when I launched CTbites.com after settling in, the name was a definite double entendre. I’ve always been obsessed with good food.
