Dutch affiliate website Casino.nl has joined the myStridePositivePlay pilot project to help increase understanding of affiliates’ role in motivating players to adopt and engage with safer gambling tools.
The tool now live on Casino.nl consists of a suite of mini-games designed to help players take more control of their gambling behaviours by introducing strategic minibreaks into gaming sessions.

QiH, which generates the bulk of its revenue from driving player traffic to UK brands via portals such as Freespinswizard, Freeslotsgenie and Slotswise, entered 120 strategic partnerships and grew FTDs by 43% versus FY23. FY revenue was boosted by an acceleration in the final quarter from July to September 2024, with QiH generating a 73% uplift to £6.33m with EBITDA up 90% to £1.43m and FTDs up 49% compared to 4Q23.

The Copenhagen-headquartered business is now projecting FY revenue in the range of €355-375m, down from the previous guidance of €395-425m, and EBITDA from €100-110m compared to the prior €130-140m. While the company said it “remains confident in the long-term growth potential of these markets”, it will over the next month embark on “streamlining” initiatives to shave more than €50m in annual costs from 2025.

Super affiliate will issue around one million new shares to help pay the €18.3m portion of the earnout due to the founders of its Japanese-facing Casumba business due in 2024.
The number of shares will increase by 1,071,000 to 45,224,227, yielding around SEK9.5m (€834k/£687k) based on the volume-weighted share price from 1 June to 31 August 2024.

iGaming affiliate giant Gentoo Media has rebranded its site compliance SaaS tool in the wake of its recent name change and split from the GiG B2B platform business.
GiG Comply, already used by many programmes to protect their brands from non-compliant marketing activity by affiliates promoting their brands by automating the site checking process, will now be known as Sitebee. Head of Sitebee, Rasmus Bank Nielsen, said the name change amounted to more than a rebrand.

The government passed an ordinance in September requiring non-approved applicants to exit from 1 October, with the National Telecommunications Agency empowered to block these companies from 11 October after allowing 10 days for players to withdraw funds. Following the start of the transition period, regulator the Secretariat of Prizes and Bets' (SPA) revealed that 89 operators running a total of 193 brands had been approved.

This agreement includes “undertakings not to take any actions under the Terms and Conditions due to the postponement of the Interest Payment”. This will also help Acroud to “manage the upcoming maturity of the Bonds”, said the company.
