Byline TV is launching its election coverage from Byline Festival at Dartington Hall from 9.30pm on election night, just in time to catch the exit polls. It is appropriate that Byline TV’s first election night broadcast is from Dartington, where the early drafts of the 1945 Labour manifesto were drawn up.

Byline Festival originally started in 2017 – the year that Trump was inaugurated as president and a year after the EU Referendum, when the world felt unstable – as a way to bring people together to discuss issues, share ideas and also to laugh and dance.
