By Stephen Forsha, The Highland County Press AKRON — The Hillsboro Lady Indians completed their history-making season as Division IV State Runners-Up, as they were defeated in the state championship game Thursday by the Kenton Ridge Lady Cougars, 9-0 at Firestone Stadium in Akron. Kenton Ridge ends their season with a perfect 32-0 record, while Hillsboro finishes their season at 23-4.

The 2025 State Track and Field Championships will take place Friday, June 6 and Saturday, June 7 at Jesse Owens Memorial Stadium in Columbus on the campus of The Ohio State University.
