Peglin, a game that combines Peggle-like gameplay with elements of turn-based combat and a roguelike structure, is finally heading to PS5 and PS4. Publisher BlitWorks Games has confirmed a release date of 1st May, 2025 for the game's arrival on Sony's systems. The game sees you engaging in battles by popping as many pegs as you can in order to build up damage. You'll also collect various orbs and relics which will persist through a run and make you stronger as the challenge becomes harder.

A new trailer has been released for this narrative expansion, which features Hondo Ohnaka as an ally as you explore the Khepi system and face off against a band of pirates. While the DLC itself is a paid add-on, an update for the game will launch alongside it that gifts players a bunch of cosmetic items based on Star Wars: Skeleton Crew.

In case you forgot, the beloved cult classic shooter Painkiller is getting a brand new game later this year, and it's coming to PS5. A new trailer was recently released, focusing on a few of the weapons you'll be using to fend off the demonic baddies as you try to escape purgatory. There are some classic weapons in here that'll please old school fans; the titular painkiller returns, of course, with its spinning blades that can also be fired out to hook onto enemies and the environment.
