Birchall delighted with Dowman in win over Norwich

Adam Birchall was impressed with Max Dowman’s willingness to continue playing to his strengths, despite Norwich City’s best efforts to stop him on Saturday. Our under-18s came from behind to win 3-1 at home to Norwich City on Saturday afternoon. Damari Daley opened the scoring for the Canaries, but Dan Casey pulled one back before Max Dowmanās second-half brace of penalties. Dowman looked dangerous straight away, receiving the ball on the right hand side and gliding past two players, who scrambled to bring him down on the edge of the area.
