1. IntroductionThe introduction of quarantine and stay-at-home orders during the COVID-19 pandemic increased university students’ anxiety, stress, and frustration. They were less satisfied with their lives than before the pandemic (Ammar et al., 2020; Soest et al., 2020) [1,2]. The daily routine of most university students was disrupted by the closure of schools and the replacement of face-to-face with online teaching.

1 INTRODUCTION Pressure injury (PI), also known as pressure ulcer, is defined as a breakdown of skin integrity as a result of pressure or pressure with shears.1 The prevalence of PI has increased in recent years and is a common complication among hospitalised adults.2 While there has been no significant reduction in PI incidences,3 it continues to plague the healthcare system with its heavy financial burden.
