IFS Ultimo has announced that it intends to grow its channel ecosystem significantly. The announcement came in a post authored by Robert Pronk, International Partner Marketing Manager, IFS Ultimo. Forterro has announced that Nutrivend Ltd has selected Forterro’s ERP and Warehouse Management Solution, Orderwise Cloud. Nutrivend is a sports nutrition vending specialist founded in 2012. In recent years, it has expanded rapidly. It has appeared on the Wales Fast Growth 50 for five years in a row. Whilst in 2023, it achieved 30th place with a growth rate of 156.8% between 2020 and 2022.
Boku promotes Leila Kassner to COO

Boku has announced the promotion of Leila Kassner as its new Chief Operating Officer. She will also join the senior leadership team. The role is not new but appears to have been last filled by Chris Newton-Smith, who left in April 2024 and is now CEO at ISMS.online. Some of the responsibilities were likely held by Laura Li, SVP of Operations. It is not clear if Li retains her role, reporting to Kassner. Both women have been with Boku for over a decade and will know each other well.

The latest funding brings the total raised to £7.4 million by the startup founded in 2021 by Sadra Hosseini (CEO), Alex Mackenzie (MD) and Richard Kirby (CTO). Kantata appoints Patrick O’Donnell as its new Chief Revenue Officer

Patrick O’Donnell has joined Kantata as its new Chief Revenue Officer. He replaces JD Miller, who left in October 2024. In a revealing LinkedIn post, JD Miller stated, “I was fired and completely surprised”. The post is a blunt, if one-sided, take on what happened. O’Donnell will now lead Kantata’s global sales function. He will play a critical role in scaling the firm’s go-to-market efforts. However, responsibility for marketing will be retained by Jeff Nicholson, CMO.
