At the Epicor Insights 2025 user conference, the company announced the general availability of its latest agentic AI capabilities of Epicor Prism and predictive ML of Epicor Grow AI. Epicor Grow is Epicor’s all-in-one cloud business intelligence solution. This provides both low-code and no-code features to support developers and business users to create stories using data visualisations. The Grow platform was originally purchased in 2022 and is fully integrated into the Epicor platform.

Panasonic has announced that Panasonic TOUGHBOOK is to invest in expanding its services and solutions centres in Cardiff, Wales and Budapest, Hungary. The centres will both provide full lifecycle support from solution design and deployment to real-time servicing and innovation at the edge. The dual centre operation to support Europe was first mooted in 2022, when the company announced the opening of the Budapest Centre.

Makip has announced a significant update to its Unisize clothing size recommendation engine. The update lets online shoppers see clothes on a 3D avatar of themselves, which is specific to their body shape. Already available in Japan, it is now available in the UK and the US. A demonstration of the new feature is available on YouTube. The 3D avatar engine has been available in Japan for some time.
