A passenger on a Los Angeles bus was killed when a gunman hijacked the vehicle and led police on a chase through downtown shortly before 1 a.m. The armed man boarded the Metro bus late at night with just the driver and two passengers aboard in South LA, according to the Los Angeles Police Department. Officers responding to a gunshot incident at South Figueroa Street and Imperial Highway approached the bus as it slowly rolled away.
