    ABUJA (Sundiata Post) – Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Mr Nyesom Wike, has directed the contractor executing a road project in Kwali Area Council to employ at least 100 locals. Wike gave the directive on Tuesday, while inaugurating the construction of a 15-kilometre road from Abuja to Lokoja Expressway (A2) to Pai, in Kwali Area Council of the FCT. The project was awarded to Zeberced Group and expected to be completed in six months.

    ABUJA- German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier is set to arrive in Abuja on Wednesday at the start of a four-day visit to Africa that he is expected to take in Nigeria, South Africa, and Lesotho. Steinmeier is scheduled to meet Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) President Omar Touray in the Nigerian capital before receiving an official welcome from President Bola Tinubu.
