Ever since I finally took the plunge by embracing romance anime (which is one of the original reasons why I created this Medium account), it’s been one of my favorite genres, even outside of anime. It’s very hard for me to dislike a good romance anime. The more generic, the better. I think that’s why I really started liking Can a Boy-Girl Friendship Survive? midway through episode #2. That’s when all the good romance stuff started happening, anyway. That isn’t to say that episode #1 wasn’t good.

Am I crazy for thinking that The Too-Perfect Saint: Tossed Aside by My Fiancé and Sold to Another Kingdom could be the next My Happy Marriage? Yah, probably. That’s a little too out there. Call me gross but there’s something about the whole taboo/forbidden love trope that gets me going every time. It’s even better when there are a bunch of good-looking characters who all thought they were brothers and sisters but then find out that they were all adopted. That’s exactly what The Shiunji Family Children is all about.

RT @BryceMLipscomb: I’m sorry but Libertarians & Democrats are wrong, tariffs do work. The Fordney-McCumber Tariff under Warren G. Harding…

Uh oh. Jobs are up. I guess everyone freaking out was freaking out for nothing....again. Like usual. Jesus.

I still ardently believe that One Piece is one of the worst manga series ever written that puts too much focus on world building that sacrifices character development in the process, where the only development ironically mostly takes place in flashbacks.
