This week sees the launch of Nintendo’s brand-new videogame console the Switch 2, which should be a moment of celebration for gaming-fans, but has instead caused much controversy. The chief complaints so far are about the absurdly high price of some of the new games (£75 for Mario Kart World) and the fact that, bizarrely, some of the game-cards don’t have any actual games on them, thus enraging fans who like to own physical copies of their games.

A new report just released by the Right-leaning academic Dr Matt Goodwin makes the alarming prediction that, by 2063, the white British population, which currently stands (officially) at around 73% will fairly soon slip below 50% for the first time since Nigerians built Stonehenge. I notice the Daily Sceptic recently carried a piece exposing George Soros for using his many billions to help fund various Left-wing causes in the UK, from climate-alarmism to herding Britain back into the EU. The website needs to be careful! Publishing stuff like that, even if entirely, 100% accurate, can very easily get you accused of being a rabid antisemitic conspiracy theorist Hitler-lover.

Is the high street cosmetic chain (i.e., sellers of posh soap) Lush currently operating an illegal recruitment and employment scheme? Whereby only persons who hold Left-wing viewpoints on matters of gender are allowed to work for it, in likely contravention of the Equalities Act 2010 following the famous Maya Forstater ruling to this effect.

Have you ever heard of Bill Belichick? I hadn’t, but apparently he is one of America’s leading football coaches (‘football’ here meaning the mutant form of rugby they play over there, not the real thing we play with a round ball over here). He’s a dour and harsh control-freak who spent 24 years serving as manager of the New England Patriots team: their rough equivalent of Sir Alex Ferguson, but less Scottish and red-nosed.
