BALTIMORE - Happy Monday! Patchy fog develops this morning, possibly leading to low visibility in some areas. High temperatures rise into the mid-70s, under partly sunny skies. The 70s stick around through the majority of the work week. Scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected to develop this afternoon and evening. BALTIMORE - Happy Friday! Very warm today with high temperatures in the mid to upper-80s this afternoon. This could be the warmest day of the year thus far! A few isolated pop up showers/storms are possible this evening as a front approaches. Some of these storms could produce some gusty winds at times. A more organized batch of storms develops Saturday afternoon and evening. A Marginal risk for severe weather (level 1 out of 5) is in place for Saturday.

This is about 1" below the normal monthly value of 3.39". Since the start of Meteorological spring, 5.47" of rain was measured at the airport. Typically, the Baltimore area should have seen at least 7.40" of rain by now.
