SAGINAW, Mich. (WNEM) - We’ve continued to enjoy a very pleasant Memorial Day weekend across the region. While temperatures haven’t been the warmest with most areas sitting below average, many have stayed dry. Radar has shown a few small cells trying to develop just north and south of the Bay. More dry skies appear to be the trend as we head into the new week, but will that hold for long? Memorial Day:The only note for Sunday night is to expect lows in the 40s across much of the region.

SAGINAW, Mich. (WNEM) - Happy Memorial Day weekend, everyone!Today has been a mixed bag for many. While most of the region has remained dry with mostly cloudy skies and occasional breaks of sunshine, a few pop-up showers have developed in our northern counties. These showers are expected to continue into the evening before skies begin to clear. As a result, a few advisories may be issued later tonight.

SAGINAW, Mich. (WNEM) -Sunday is wrapping up what has been a much quieter weekend compared to the active weather we experienced late last week on Thursday and Friday. Skies have been mostly cloudy to overcast across much of the region, although a few spots may have seen brief breaks of sun during the afternoon. If you’ve spent any time outside today, you likely noticed the cooler temperatures. That cooling trend began on Saturday and looks to continue as we head into the new workweek.

SAGINAW, Mich. (WNEM) - Friday night brought another round of severe weather for many across Mid-Michigan. Fortunately, this active streak didn’t last long, as conditions have been noticeably quieter this Saturday. The downside to this “calmer” pattern has been limited sunshine and below-average temperatures. Winds have also been noticeable today and may continue into Sunday and the start of the new work week.

SAGINAW, Mich. (WNEM) - Happy Mother’s Day, everyone! Today has been the perfect gift for Mom, especially if you forgot to get her one. If you didn’t get a chance to enjoy today’s beautiful weather, you’re in luck! The sunshine is expected to return on Monday, with temperatures once again climbing into the 80s. While those warm temperatures may stick around through the week, rain chances will start to increase, with the first round potentially arriving as early as Tuesday.
