Late Friday afternoon, Jan Möhr Secondary School wasted no chances when they took Brave to task by beating them 7-1 at their football field. After their last game, which they drew, the secondary school side made sure not to leave anything to chance to collect three points in their third game of the season. Clive Shinyowa scored a hat-trick for Jan Möhr, while Itapotu Tjimbinanjo bagged two goals. Vince Kahua and Shiyanga Philippus each scored one goal.

DONLU Africa recently invited all creatives to start submitting their work through their platform to further push the envelope of getting Namibian artistic creation to a broader audience. They launched an open call across Africa, inviting creatives to submit their work which does not only speak to musicians, but also films, documentaries, animations and music videos, founder Llewellyn Adams shared.

Soccer Talents (CBS) recently returned from the Bayhill Premier Cup U/19 football tournament after getting knocked out in the group stages. CBS was drawn in Group H alongside defending champions Cape Town Spurs FC, Stantfurf United and FC Porto. CBS opened their Bayhill Premier Cup campaign with a 1-all draw against Stanturf United FC. Mitchell’s plain-based team found the back of the net in the starting half, and Andriano Gawab came through with the equaliser.

Luvy Monyai, a talented songstress, began her musical career in 2011 with her album, titled ‘Grateful’. She participated in the Nama Awards and had three music videos broadcast. Prior to entering the music industry, Monyai managed a recording studio, named ‘Lash Attraction’. In a recent interview on NSK’s Industry Loop podcast, she candidly shared that her journey has not always been easy. She lost her mother at the age of 16 and has had to navigate life while coping with childhood trauma.
