The Lagos State High Court sitting in Ikeja has declared the January 13 removal of the Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Mudashiru Obasa, by members of the House as unconstitutional and illegal. In a judgment delivered by Justice Yetunde Pinheiro on Wednesday, the court also nullified and voided all proceedings and resolutions passed by the House on January 13, 2025.
