1. IntroductionWeibull distribution, which is named after the Swedish mathematician Waloddi Weibull [1], has been widely used in diverse disciplines to study many different issues. Some examples are food science, survival analysis, reliability engineering, and weather forecasting. One is referred to Lai et al. (2006) [2] for some detailed discussions on the applications of this model.
