Following a consultation process, the UK government has recently addressed reforms relating to the Working Time Regulations (WTR), Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) (TUPE), and holiday entitlement and pay. B P Collins’ employment team provides an overview of the changes set to come into force on 1 January 2024, subject to parliamentary approval.

Starting from January, we’ll be offering drop-in HR sessions once a month at our office in Thame. These sessions will be run by our HR2Help consultant who is CIPD qualified, Margaret Keane and take place between 12-2pm. The sessions will offer some training in HR procedure including appraisals, redundancy and managerial training. The upcoming session will be held on 17th January 2023 from 12pm to 2pm. These sessions are free to attend.
