UK’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) is collaborating with chipmaker Nvidia to enable financial service providers in the country to experiment and innovate using artificial intelligence. In a separate partnership, EVHACS joins forces with Mitsubishi Electric to launch the ‘world’s first’ integrated heat pump and EV charger. The Department of Transport and electric vehicle (EV) charging network provider EasyGo have partnered to launch a pilot scheme to share EV parking and chargers among neighbours. The Shared Charging Initiative will initially launch in Kilcock, Co Kildare, Dingle, Co Kerry and in Dublin’s Finglas, Stoneybatter and Phibsborough.

London-based gaming tech start-up Latent Technology has raised $8m in a seed funding round co-led by Albion VC and Spark Capital. The round saw participation from Root Ventures and Alumni Ventures. The 2022-founded company develops artificial-intelligence (AI) powered animation technology.
