    AbstractUltrafast stimuli can stabilize metastable states of matter inaccessible by equilibrium means. Establishing the spatiotemporal link between ultrafast excitation and metastability is crucial to understand these phenomena. Here we utilize single-shot optical pump–X-ray probe measurements to capture snapshots of the emergence of a persistent polar vortex supercrystal in a heterostructure that hosts a fine balance between built-in electrostatic and elastic frustrations by design.

    At least nine houses have been devoured by the Padma river in the Paldangi area of Faridpur Sadar due to river erosion caused by illegal sand lifting. Locals alleged that an Awami League leader illegally lifted sand, which led to the destruction of their homes. The incident took place between 2:00am to 6:00am on Friday. The town's protection embankment is also under threat as those houses were adjacent to it.

    In West Bengal, BSF i.e. Border Security Force personnel have succeeded in stopping a huge smuggling operation. BSF jawans caught smuggler with 23 kg foreign gold on the border. The smugglers were planning to bring the seized gold from Bangladesh to India by hiding it in a bike, but this plan was foiled by the Indian Border Force personnel. According to the information, the soldiers stopped this smuggling based on an intelligence and concrete information.

Established in 1962 on 16 acres of land in the municipality's Baytul Aman area, the institution currently has 4,044 students studying in its six active departments. Currently, the institution has three halls (two male and one female) with a combined capacity of 300 students.
