Usually from the beginning of the year throughout the spring is not as busy as the rest. Two years ago, I was involved in a project. I expected it to quench the thirst during the drought season. Last year, “thanks to “ political situation there, I could not fully leverage the chance. Even worse, some of steady work were jeopardized. Now I’m not involved in the project any more.
