    Continental, a global leader in premium tyre manufacturing, has announced a major strategic shift in its India operations by exiting the Truck and Bus Radial (TBR) tyre segment. The company will now concentrate exclusively on the growth and development of its Passenger Car and Light Truck (PLT) tyre business in the country. As part of this realignment, Continental will discontinue TBR tyre manufacturing at its Modipuram plant in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, by June 2025.
