Biographies Raelynn O'Leary is Partner and Co-founder of Dezudio, a women-owned design firm in Pittsburgh. Her practice is focused on research and design for decision making and support tools and communications, largely in the realm of women's reproductive health. Raelynn is Special Faculty in the School of Design at Carnegie Mellon University. Ashley Deal is a Partner at Dezudio, and Special Faculty in the School of Design at Carnegie Mellon University.
