INTERNATIONAL REPORT— As tourism inTurkey reaches record heights, the country is becoming one of Europe’s hottesthotel investment markets, with Istanbul and the resort city of Antalya majorhubs of new projects. Data from the Turkish StatisticalInstitute shows an 8.3% hike in tourism revenue in 2024, to $61.1 billion, asTurkey’s international visitor numbers rose by 9% to over 62 million. Thosefigures are seeing investment interest blossom along with signings with bigbrands.
